Understanding the limits

What is a monitored element?

A monitored element is any scheduled audit or real-time check configured on one of your digital assets. Each active schedule or check counts as one element towards your plan's limit.

What counts as an audit?

Every audit run — manual or scheduled — counts towards your plan's monthly audit quota, whether launched from your workspace or triggered automatically.

What happens if I go over a limit or downgrade?

Nothing is ever deleted. Anything over your plan's current limits is paused until you upgrade again or free up room, and resumes automatically once you're back under the limit.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card is required to create an account. The Free plan includes weekly scheduled audits and monitoring for a small set of elements, forever.
What counts as a monitored element?
Any scheduled audit or real-time check configured on a digital asset — for example a website you audit periodically, or an endpoint checked at short intervals. Each active schedule or real-time check counts as one monitored element.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limits or downgrade?
Nothing is ever deleted. Anything over your new plan's limits is simply paused until you upgrade again or free up room — your data and history stay intact.
How do I upgrade to Pro or Agency?
