Accessing and browsing this website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice.

3. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to use this website and its audit services in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order.

The following are expressly prohibited:

  • carrying out unlawful activities or activities contrary to applicable regulations
  • causing damage to the computer systems of the website or of the audited sites
  • attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
  • using the audit service against websites over which the user has no legitimate interest, authorisation or ownership
  • making automated, massive or abusive use of the service that may affect its availability or that of third-party sites

The user is solely responsible for ensuring they are entitled to run an audit against a given website. The website owner reserves the right to modify the content, restrict the service or suspend access without prior notice, particularly in the event of misuse.

4. Nature of the audit results

The audit reports are generated automatically from publicly accessible information and technical checks performed against the target website at a given point in time. They are provided for information purposes only.

The website owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the results, and they do not constitute professional, legal or security advice. Any decision taken on the basis of a report is the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on this website, including texts, structure, design, source code and other elements, is the property of the website owner or of third parties who have authorised its use.

Reproduction, distribution or modification of such content without the express authorisation of the owner is prohibited.

Access to the website does not in any case imply the transfer of intellectual or industrial property rights over its content.

6. Use of third-party trademarks, logos and content

This website may display trade names, trademarks, logos, favicons, screenshots or references to third-party tools, services or audited websites solely for the purpose of identifying them and providing information to users.

All trademarks, logos, trade names and other distinctive signs that may appear on this website belong to their respective owners.

Their use on this website is purely informational and descriptive in nature. It does not imply any commercial relationship, association, sponsorship or endorsement by the holders of those marks, unless expressly stated otherwise.

If any rights holder considers that the presence of any of these elements infringes their rights, they may request its removal by contacting the website owner at the email address indicated in this legal notice.

7. Relationship with audited websites, their brands and content

FixThe.Site is an independent audit tool. It has no commercial relationship, association, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement with the websites it audits or with the owners of their brands, unless expressly stated otherwise.

When an audit is run, the report may show the audited domain, its name, logo, favicon, screenshots, meta information (such as the page title or description) and other publicly accessible content. These elements belong to their respective owners and are displayed for the sole purpose of identifying the audited website and providing the requested technical report. Their appearance does not imply any authorisation, review or approval by the audited party.

Audits are launched by users under their own responsibility. The owner of FixThe.Site does not select or endorse the audited websites and does not verify the content published on them. The audit reflects an automated technical assessment based on public information at a given point in time and does not constitute an opinion, rating or judgement about the audited business or its owners.

The publication of an audit report on this website (for example, in public listings of recent audits) is based on publicly accessible information about the target website. If the owner of an audited website considers that its brand or content is being used improperly, or wishes a specific report to be removed or de-indexed, they may request it by contacting the website owner at the email address indicated in this legal notice, and the request will be handled without undue delay.

8. Use of artificial intelligence systems

Part of the content of the audit reports may be produced using artificial intelligence systems that help analyse the collected technical data and draft explanatory summaries and recommendations.

The process may include:

  • automated collection of publicly available technical information from the audited website
  • analysis and text generation using artificial intelligence systems
  • quality-control mechanisms over the generated output

Although quality-control mechanisms are applied, the website owner does not guarantee the accuracy, currency or completeness of content generated by such systems.

If any rights holder or user detects incorrect information or considers that any content infringes their rights, they may request its review or removal by contacting the website owner at the email address indicated in this legal notice.

10. Disclaimer of liability

The owner does not guarantee the permanent availability of the website and accepts no liability for any damages arising from:

  • errors or omissions in the content or in the audit results
  • service interruptions
  • the presence of viruses or other harmful elements
  • misuse of the audit service by the user against third-party websites

11. Applicable law

The relationship between the website owner and users shall be governed by Spanish law.

For any disputes that may arise in connection with access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Seville, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

This privacy policy provides information on the processing of personal data carried out through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

Controller: Comunicaweb S.L.U.

Address:
Avenida de la Aeronáutica, 10
Edificio Helios, Floor 3, Office 3
41020 Seville (Spain)

Email: info@comunica-web.com
Phone: +34 902 76 00 19

2. Data we process, purposes and legal basis

Depending on how you use the website, we may process the following categories of personal data:

a) Contact form. When you send us a message, we process the email address, message content and origin URL you provide, for the sole purpose of handling and responding to your enquiry.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

b) Running an audit. When you launch an audit, we process the target domain or IP address entered, together with technical and anti-abuse data (your IP address, browser data and a device fingerprint), in order to provide the service and prevent fraudulent, massive or abusive use.
Legal basis: performance of the service requested by you (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of the platform (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

c) Extended audit (email verification). If you request an extended report, we process an email address belonging to the audited domain and verify it via a one-time code (OTP). We record the verification, the IP address of the requester and the access code generated, in order to grant access to the extended report only to a legitimate party of the audited domain.
Legal basis: performance of the service requested (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest in preventing unauthorised access (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

d) Security and access logs. We keep technical logs (IP address, User-Agent, date/time and accessed route) associated with certain operations for security, fraud prevention and evidentiary purposes.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security of the platform (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

This website does not create user accounts for the public audit service, nor does it run newsletters, advertising profiling or behavioural tracking of visitors.

3. Processing of third-party data in audits

Audits are performed against websites indicated by the user. During this process, publicly accessible information may be collected which, in some cases, could include personal data of third parties published on the audited site (for example, contact emails in security.txt or similar files).

The user who launches an audit is responsible for ensuring they have a legitimate interest, authorisation or ownership over the audited website. The controller processes this information solely to generate the requested technical report and does not use it for any other purpose.

4. Data retention

Email enquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle your request, and afterwards for the periods required by law. Audit results and their associated data are retained for the time necessary to provide the service and are subject to automatic purging cycles. One-time verification codes (OTP) are not stored in our database. Security logs are kept for the period strictly necessary for their purpose.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties, except where legally required. To operate the service we rely on trusted providers acting as data processors on our behalf, which may include:

  • hosting and infrastructure providers
  • anti-bot protection and abuse-mitigation services
  • proxy / network routing providers used to contact audited websites
  • artificial intelligence providers used to analyse and draft report content
  • email delivery providers

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, international transfers are carried out with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR (such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Your rights

You may at any time exercise the rights recognised by the GDPR:

  • right of access
  • right of rectification
  • right of erasure
  • right to object
  • right to restriction of processing
  • right to data portability

To exercise these rights, send a request to:

info@comunica-web.com

The request should include your full name, the right you wish to exercise and, where necessary to verify your identity, a copy of a valid identity document.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), www.aepd.es, if you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed.

7. Changes to the privacy policy

The controller reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative changes or new features of the service. Any changes will be published on this page.

Cookie Policy

In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), this section informs users about the use of cookies and similar technologies on this website.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites may store on a user's device when they visit a page. They are commonly used to enable certain features, keep a session secure or collect statistical information.

2. Cookies and technologies used on this website

This website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies, and does not create browsing profiles of its users.

We do use strictly necessary technical cookies and similar technologies that are essential for the service to work and to protect it against abuse:

  • Anti-bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): used on the forms to distinguish humans from automated bots. This service may store technical cookies or similar identifiers on your device that are strictly necessary to provide the anti-fraud protection.
  • Essential session technologies: short-lived technical mechanisms (such as a temporary secure cookie during email verification of an extended audit) that are required to complete an operation you have requested.

Because these technologies are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user, under current regulations they do not require prior consent.

3. Analytics

We may measure website usage with a privacy-focused analytics tool (Matomo) configured in a cookieless mode, without storing cookies on your device and without individually identifying users.
